Short version: If you pass through Nogales and you're hungry but you don't eat here, you're an idiot. The Galina Pinta literally made my eyeballs roll back in my head, it was THAT good. The service was amazing; it felt like I was visiting my cousin. The atmosphere reminded me of the kind of places my folks frequented when I was a kid back in the late sixties. They're busy. You might have to wait a few minutes to get a table. And the food may take a few minutes to get to you. Just soak up the atmosphere. It's well worth the wait. It's across from the Tufesa and Tap bus terminals and near a good hotel, Marqués de Cima.

Excellent food at a decent price. The Spanish rice could use a bit more color and flavor but their fried tacos and posole were delicious. Absolutely recommend it. Easy to miss the name is tiny on a corner of the entrance sign.

Pozole was very good, chilaquiles were ok but not great, good service. Prices are very low. Abundant food.

Homemade-style comfort food that feels like a family kitchen. Menudo and pozole are standout dishes—rich, hearty, and well-seasoned. The flavors evoke warm nostalgia, with generous portions and that home-cooked touch. Ambience: casual, friendly, and plenty of tables—great for groups or larger gatherings. Excellent value for the portions.
